✔️ Preparation as tea – very simple:
Hot: Pour 90–95°C hot water over 1–2 tsp of fennel seeds, let steep for 5–7 minutes.
Cold: Let 1–2 tsp steep in cold water for 4–6 hours in the refrigerator, strain, and serve over ice.
💡 Tip: For a particularly intense aroma, lightly crush the seeds before brewing.
