KAVVA Premium Dibek Coffee with Mastic – Traditional Turkish Coffee made from Arabica beans, 100 g

Prepared according to traditional Turkish methods and carefully packaged in Berlin, this coffee stands for the highest quality and authentic enjoyment.

Preparation:

1. Measure approx. 50–60 ml of cold water per cup into a cezve (coffee pot).
2. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee (approx. 6–7 g). Add sugar to taste.
3. Heat slowly over very low heat and stir occasionally until a dark foam forms. Do not let it boil.
4. As soon as the coffee begins to foam up, remove from heat and carefully pour into the cup.
5. Wait 1–2 minutes before drinking for the coffee grounds to settle.

Tips:

• For an especially creamy consistency, distribute the foam evenly among the cups with a spoon.
• Also ideally suited for preparation in an espresso maker or moka pot.
• The mastic aroma unfolds best with a little sugar (az şekerli).
