Preparation:

1. Add approx. 50–60 ml of cold water per cup into a cezve (coffee pot).
2. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee (approx. 5–6 g). Add sugar to taste.
3. Heat slowly over very low heat and stir occasionally until foam forms.
4. Let it froth up briefly, remove from the heat, and pour into the cup.
5. Let it stand for 1–2 minutes so the coffee grounds can settle.

Tips:

• Also ideal for preparation in an espresso maker or moka pot.
• Enjoy without sugar for a more intense aroma.
• The fine scent of roses unfolds best at a low brewing temperature.
