Preparation:

1. Add approx. 50–60 ml of cold water per cup into a cezve (coffee pot).
2. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee (approx. 5–6 g). Add sugar to taste.
3. Heat slowly over very low heat until foam forms. Do not let it boil.
4. As soon as the coffee foams up, remove from heat and carefully pour into the cup.
5. Let stand for 1–2 minutes to allow the coffee grounds to settle.

• Also ideal for preparation in an espresso maker or Moka pot.
