Preparation

Place one to two grams of matcha in a bowl and pour 70 to 80-degree Celsius water over it. Whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk (chasen). For koicha, the amount can be doubled and less water used. For matcha latte, top up with milk or plant-based milk.
